Shooky is one of the fun-loving characters from BT21, the global phenomenon created by LINE FRIENDS in collaboration with BTS, the worldwide K-pop sensation. Shooky is a small, brown, crunchy cookie character with a big personality, created by BT21 member, Suga.
Notably mischievous and full of playful energy, Shooky is known for his fearless, cheeky nature and his close friendships with the other BT21 characters, especially Cooky.

CREATING SHOOKY
Using your light brown yarn and 4 mm crochet hook, create a Magic Ring (MR) and Chain (CH) 1.
ROUND 1: Hook in 7 Single Crochets (SC) inside the MR. Pull the ring close. Total Stitches: 7
ROUND 2: Single Crochet Increase (SC INC) in every stitch in the round. Total Stitches: 14
ROUND 3: *SC in the next stitch, SC INC in the next stitch. Repeat * 7 times (Photo 1). Total Stitches: 21
ROUND 4: *SC in the next 2 stitches, SC INC in the next stitch. Repeat * 7 times. Total Stitches: 28
ROUND 5: *SC in the next 3 stitches, SC INC in the next stitch. Repeat * 7 times. Total Stitches: 35

Insert the safety eyes in the concave portion of Shooky. This is the front part of your Shooky amigurumi. Insert the safety eyes between Round 9 and 10, spaced 5 stitches apart. Insert fiberfill until firm.
ROUND 27: INV SC DEC in every stitch in the round. Total Stitches: 7
Fasten off and weave in any loose ends.
CREATING THE TOP OF SHOOKY’S HEAD (CURL)
Using your light brown yarn and 4 mm crochet hook, create a MR and CH 1.
ROUND 1: Hook in 3 SC inside the MR. Pull the ring close. Total Stitches: 3
ROUND 2: SC INC in every stitch in the round. Total Stitches: 6
ROUND 3: *SC in the next stitch, SC INC in the next stitch. Repeat * 3 times. Total Stitches: 9
ROUND 4: *SC in the next 2 stitches, SC INC in the next stitch. Repeat * 3 times. Total Stitches: 12

ROUND 2: SC INC in every stitch in the round. Total Stitches: 10
ROUND 3 TO ROUND 6: SC in every stitch in the round.
Fasten off and leave a 5 inch tail for sewing.
CREATING THE LEGS (2)
Using your brown yarn and 4 mm crochet hook, create a MR and CH 1.
ROUND 1: Hook in 6 SC inside the MR, pulling the ring close. Total Stitches: 6
ROUND 2: SC INC in every stitch in the round. Total Stitches: 12
ROUND 3 TO ROUND 6: SC in every stitch in the round.
Fasten off and leave a 5 inch tail for sewing.
CREATING THE BROWS (2)
Using your black yarn and 4 mm crochet hook, CH 5. Slip Stitch (SL ST) in the second CH from the hook and in the next 3 CHS. Fasten off and leave a 5 inch tail for sewing (Photo 6).
PUTTING IT TOGETHER
Position and sew Shooky’s curl on the top of his head covering Round 1 to Round 3 of Shooky’s head, weave in any loose ends. Position and attach the brows between Rounds 7 and 8 and sew into place, weave in any loose ends.
Take both the arms and sew onto Shooky’s sides on Round 13. Position and sew the legs onto the bottom part of the Shooky Amigurumi, weaving in any loose ends.
Using your black yarn and needle, sew and shape the mouth between Rounds 13 and 15. Using your white yarn and your needle, fill inside the mouth edging, using a satin embroidery stitch. Secure and weave in any loose ends.
