STAMEN + PISTIL

Using your Black Yarn and 4 MM crochet hook, create a Magic Ring (MR) and Chain (CH) 1.

ROUND 1: Hook in 5 Single Crochets (SC) inside the MR. Pull the ring close. Total Stitches: 5

ROUND 2: Single Crochet Increase (SC INC) in every stitch in the round. Total Stitches: 10

ROUND 3: * SC in the next stitch, SC INC in the next stitch. Repeat * 5 times. Total Stitches: 15

ROUND 4: SC in every stitch in the round. Total Stitches: 15

ROUND 5: * SC in the next 2 stitches, SC INC in the next stitch. Repeat * 5 times (Photo 1). Total Stitches: 20

ROUND 6: SC in every stitch in the round. Total Stitches: 20

ROUND 7: * Single Crochet in the Back Loops Only (SCBLO) of the next 2 stitches, Invisible Single Crochet Decrease in the Back Loops Only (INV SC DEC BLO) of the next stitch. Repeat * 5 times. Total Stitches: 15

ROUND 8: * SC in the next stitch, INV SC DEC in the next stitch. Repeat * 5 times. Total Stitches: 10

Insert a small amount of fiberfill into the Stamen and Pistil part of the White Anemone flower until firm (Photo 2).

ROUND 9: INV SC DEC in every stitch in the round. Total Stitches: 5

Fasten off and weave in any loose ends. Join your gray yarn in the front loop of any stitch in Round 7 with a Slip Stitch (SL ST). * CH 3, SL ST in the 2nd CH from the hook, SL ST in the next chain (Photo 3). Repeat * 20 times.

SMALL PETALS / TEPALS (4)

Using your White Yarn and 4 MM crochet hook, create a MR and CH 1.

ROW 1: Hook in 4 SC inside the MR, pull the ring close. Turn your work. Total Stitches: 4

ROW 2: CH 1, SC in every stitch in the row. Turn your work. Total Stitches: 4

ROW 3: CH 1, SC INC in every stitch in the row. Turn your work. Total Stitches: 8

ROW 4 TO ROW 6: CH 1, SC in every stitch in the row. Turn your work. Total Stitches: 8

ROW 7: CH 1, Single Crochet Decrease (SC DEC) in the next stitch (Photo 5), SC in the next 4 stitches, SC DEC in the next stitch. Turn your work. Total Stitches: 6

ROW 8: CH 1, SC in every stitch in the row. Total Stitches: 6

ROW 9: CH 1, SC DEC in the next stitch, SC in the next 2 stitches, SC DEC in the next stitch. Turn your work. Total Stitches: 4

ROW 10: CH 1, SC DEC 2 times, turn your work. Total Stitches: 2

EDGING: Carry your 0.3 MM jewelry wire in this part. CH 1, SC in the next 9 stitches,SC INC in the next stitch, SC in the next stitch, SC INC in the next stitch, SC in the next 8 stitches, SC INC in the next stitch, SL ST in the next stitch. Fasten off and leave a 5 inch tail. Cut off any excess wire.

LARGE PETALS / TEPALS (6)

Using your White Yarn and 4 MM crochet hook, create a MR and CH 1.

ROW 1: Hook in 6 SC inside the MR. Pull the ring close. Turn your work. Total Stitches: 6

ROW 2 TO ROW 3: CH 1, SC in every stitch in the row. Turn your work. Total Stitches: 6

ROW 4: CH 1, * SC in the next stitch, SC INC in the next stitch. Repeat * 3 times. Total Stitches: 9

ROW 5: CH 1, SC in every stitch the row. Total Stitches: 9
