Begin by creating a slip knot and chaining 2.

ROW 1: Hook in 2 Single Crochets (SC) or Single Crochet Increase (SC INC) in the first Chain (CH). Turn your work.

ROW 2: CH 1, SC INC in every stitch in the row. Turn your work. Total Stitches: 4

ROW 3: CH 1, SC INC in the first stitch, SC in the next 2 stitches, SC INC in the last stitch (Photo 1). Turn your work. Total Stitches: 6

For a smoother edge: CH 1 and Slip Stitch (SL ST) around the tie. Fasten off and weave in any loose ends.
