Join your brown yarn on the top part of the pumpkin.

2 to 3. Chain 1, single crochet in every stitch in the round. Slip stitch in the beginning chain to join. Fasten off and weave in any loose ends.
With your black yarn, sew in the eyes and the mouth of the pumpkin onto the pumpkin head.
Position the pumpkin head to the desired location in the cape, attach with the jump ring.
