Cut 9 pieces of your 0.3 MM jewelry wire, measuring 2 inches long. Insert the wires on top of the berries, fold in half and twist the ends together (Photo 3).

Fasten off and leave a 5 inch tail.

PUTTING IT TOGETHER

Add a small drop of hot glue at the tip of the floral craft rod or bamboo skewer, wrap a few inches of sage green yarn around the rod or stick. Note: When using bamboo skewers, cut the pointy end off with a pair of sharp scissors.

Position the berry leaves an inch below the tip of the rod, secure into place with hot glue, wind the tail end of the yarn several times, working your way down the rod, and secure the end with hot glue. Cut off the excess yarn.

Take 2 berries and position them a centimeter below the leaf, add hot glue to secure into place. Taking your sage green yarn, wrap around the berry stalks and rod several times and secure the yarn end with a drop of hot glue, cutting off any excess yarn. Repeat the process, alternating between the leaves and berries. To create a more finished look, wind your sage green yarn below the final berry arrangement several times and secure with another drop of hot glue.
