Using your 5 MM crochet hook and yarn, create a Slip Knot and Chain (CH) 17.

To create the tie for your pouch, simply create a slip knot and using your 3 mm crochet hook and natural color yarn, CH 80. Insert the tie as is onto the CH-1 spaces of Round 17 or add a decorative tie holder. Tie a knot at both ends of the tie.
