With your 4 mm crochet hook and yarn, create a slip knot and CHAIN ( CH ) 116, 122, 128, 130.

ROW 1: Single Crochet ( SC ) in the 2nd CH from the hook and in the next 114, 120, 126, 128 CHS. Turn your work. Total Stitches: 115, 121, 127, 129

ROW 2: CH 1, Modified Half Double Crochet ( MHDC ) in the first stitch and in every stitch in the row. Turn your work. Total Stitches: 115, 121, 127, 129

MODIFIED HALF DOUBLE CROCHET ( MHDC ) : Yarn Over ( YO ) and insert your hook into the designated stitch and pull up a loop, draw the first loop into the 2 loops on your hook.
