Let’s begin creating our crochet Christmas bells!
MATERIALS
BELL
1. With your 4 MM hook and yarn, begin by creating a Magic Ring (MR) and chain 1. Hook in 6 single crochets inside the MR. Slip stitch in the beginning stitch to join. Total stitches: 6

2. Chain 1, 2 SC in every stitch in the round. Slip stitch in the beginning chain to join. Total stitches: 12

3. Chain 1, * SC in the next stitch, 2 SC in the next stitch. Repeat * 4 more times. Slip stitch in the beginning chain to join. Total stitches: 18

4. Chain 1, * SC in the next 2 stitches, 2 SC in the next stitch. Repeat 5 more times. Slip stitch in the beginning chain to join. Total stitches: 24

5. Chain 1, * SC in the next 3 stitches, 2 SC in the next stitch. Repeat * 5 more times. Slip stitch in the beginning chain to join. Total Stitches: 30

6. Chain 1, * SC in the next 4 stitches, 2 SC in the next stitch. Repeat * 5 more times. Slip stitch in the beginning chain to join. Total stitches: 36
7. Chain 1, SC in every stitch in the round. Slip stitch in the beginning chain to join. Total stitches: 30

8 to 17. Repeat Step 7.

18. 2 single crochet in the back loop only (SCBLO) in every stitch in the round. Slip stitch in the beginning chain to join. Total stitches: 72

19. With your 2.5 mm hook, slip stitch in every stitch in the round. Fasten off and weave in any loose ends.
